Billing & Usage

Each workspace has its own subscription and usage tracking. Subscribe to start using Vecbase, monitor your usage, and manage your spending.

Subscribing

  1. Go to Subscription in the sidebar
  2. Click Subscribe
  3. Complete payment through Stripe
  4. All features are available immediately

Usage Dashboard

The Usage page in the sidebar shows a breakdown of everything your agents have used:

Each category shows usage over time with visual charts, so you can see trends and understand your spending.

Spend Limit

Set a monthly spending limit to stay in control:
  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Find Monthly Spend Limit
  3. Choose a limit or set a custom amount
When your usage reaches the limit, your agents will pause until the next billing cycle or until you raise the limit.

Invoices

View your billing history in the Subscription page:
  • Current invoice — Usage so far this billing period
  • Past invoices — Previous months with detailed breakdowns

Managing Your Subscription

In the Subscription page, you can:
  • View your current plan and included usage
  • Update payment method via Stripe
  • Change spend limit at any time
  • Cancel subscription — your agents will stop at the end of the billing period
Your subscription includes a monthly usage allowance. Most users find this covers their regular needs. If you go over, additional usage is billed at transparent per-use rates shown in the Subscription page.
